Familiar with a variety of the Enterprise Systems reporting and integration concepts, practices, and procedures. Works with end user groups to identify technical solutions to business problems or inefficiencies with HR systems.

● Configure integration solutions between HR applications
● Delivering technical changes and configurations
● Building relationships internally and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams
● Demonstrating natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
● In addition, there will be specific regular events and strategic/operational projects that correlate to each individual module which you will manage and/or support. For these types of activities, you will be responsible for:
a) Gathering requirements
b) Leading configuration design sessions
c) Developing product configuration based on best practices and performing unit testing
d) Creating/Managing the testing strategy
e) Partnering with User Enablement/ HR Communications to update training and other delivery tools
● Candidates should possess an academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
● Strong logical reasoning and technical proficiency are essential ● Advanced-level proficiency with MS Office and Excel
